"Delivery Charges
Different methods can be followed for delivery charges:

Zonal Charges: A fixed delivery charge will be set for Dhaka. For areas outside Dhaka, the charges may vary by district or sub-district (upazila).

Based on Product Value: Delivery charges can be determined based on the product's price. For example, offering free delivery for orders above a certain value.

Courier Service Rates: If products are delivered through a courier service, the charges will be determined according to their rates.

Delivery Timeline
A clear timeline is crucial for customers. The rules should be explicit on this:

Within Dhaka: Delivery will typically be completed within 2-3 business days.

Outside Dhaka: Products will reach their destination within 5-7 business days.

Urgent Delivery: An option for urgent delivery can be offered for an additional charge, which will be completed within 24-48 hours.

Product Acceptance and Verification
There should be clear rules for both the customer and the delivery person during product delivery:

Product Inspection: The customer must thoroughly check the product's packaging and inspect for any damage in the presence of the delivery person.

Damaged Product: If the product is found to be damaged, the customer must immediately inform the delivery person and return the product without signing the delivery slip.

Communication and Tracking
An improved communication system is essential to simplify the delivery process:

SMS or Email Notifications: The customer should be notified via SMS or email at every step from order confirmation to delivery, including:

Order confirmation

Product has been dispatched for delivery

Estimated delivery time

Customer Support: Provide a hotline number or email address for customer support in case of any questions or issues.
